Dan Stevenson, Consultant
With over 40 years of experience, Dan has an extensive knowledge of New Zealand law, predominantly in the commercial and corporate areas. Dan has particular experience in Commerce, Fair Trading and Overseas Investment Act applications and approvals, and commonly advises on securities, superannuation and banking matters.
His interest in farming has led to the growth of a strong farming law practice in the Wellington area, advising on farm sales and purchases, refinancing, administration and management.
Dan also supports his practice with a full range of private client services, from asset protection, estate planning and property conveyancing work.
