Richard’s career as a commercial and property lawyer spans over four decades. In this time, Richard has advised and acted for large corporates, private clients, farmers, trusts and trustees. In every transaction, he focuses on achieving a realistic commercial result for his clients.
Richard can assist you with contract negotiation, contract drafting, family trusts, wills and estate planning, conveyancing and other property law issues. Richard has also acted for employers and employees in employment disputes.
Richard has served as a council member of the Wellington District Law Society.
