Sarah Bacon, Consultant

Sarah provides clients in the public and private sector with strategic advice and representation in dispute resolution forums.

Sarah has particular expertise in media and entertainment law, with a particular focus on pre-publication vetting, newspapers, books and films.

She advises statutory authorities on decision-making processes and defends decision-makers against challenge.

She regularly advises both public and private sector clients on Information Law issues and assists clients with intellectual property matters.

Sarah also has a background in employment law, from drafting contracts to auditing OSH procedures and policies, and advising on disciplinary procedures.
