Sarah provides clients in the public and private sector with strategic advice and representation in dispute resolution forums.Sarah has particular expertise in media and entertainment law, with a particular focus on pre-publication vetting, newspapers, books and films.
She advises statutory authorities on decision-making processes and defends decision-makers against challenge.
She regularly advises both public and private sector clients on Information Law issues and assists clients with intellectual property matters.
Sarah also has a background in employment law, from drafting contracts to auditing OSH procedures and policies, and advising on disciplinary procedures.
