Tony has carved out a niche in the areas of litigation and alternative disputes resolution. He combines excellent legal analysis skills with commercial advocacy skills. Tony is committed to achieving the best outcomes for his clients.
Tony has acted for clients from a variety of sectors. He has broad commercial/civil litigation and dispute resolution experience in a range of forums, including mediation.
He has a strong track record in media law, with particular expertise in relation to the Broadcasting Standards, the Press Council, suppression orders, defamation and privacy issues.
Tony also has a detailed understanding of maritime and transport law matters. Other areas of expertise include insurance policy and claims matters, energy sector litigation and construction litigation.
