Tony practices in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He combines a precise approach to legal analysis with commercial advocacy skills. Tony has acted for clients from a variety of sectors.
He has a broad range of energy sector litigation experience and expertise, both in the Courts and in dealing with industry bodies.
He has a strong track record in media law, with expertise in relation to the Broadcasting Standards, the Press Council, suppression orders, defamation and privacy issues.
Tony also has experience in a broad range of transport law matters, together with insurance policy and claims disputes, franchise disputes, maritime matters, and construction disputes.
