Sylvia joined Izard Weston in July 2026 and practises in both litigation and property. She graduated from Victoria University of Wellington in 2026 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science and International Relations) and will be admitted to the Bar in September 2026. Before joining Izard Weston, Sylvia gained experience across both the public and private sectors through roles in the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, private practice, and as a Research Assistant in the Faculty of Law
